At RAINKISS, we want you to love your sustainable rainwear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Rainwear

  Place the items back in their original biodegradable packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
